we strive to provide high-quality web development services tailored to our clients' needs. We aim to ensure client satisfaction at every stage of the project. However, we understand that unforeseen situations may arise, and we offer a transparent refund policy to address such circumstances.
2. Eligibility for Refunds Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
Project Cancellation by Client: If the project is canceled before the initial work has started, a full refund (minus any transaction fees) will be provided. If the project is canceled after work has begun but before completion of 50% of the agreed milestones, no refund will be issued. Non-Delivery of Service: If Isha Info Services fails to deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances or negligence, the client may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the progress made. Missed Deadlines: If the agreed timeline is missed due to the fault of Isha Info Services, the client may request a partial refund or agree upon alternative compensation.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations: Change of Mind: If the client changes their mind or decides not to proceed with the project after work has commenced. Completed and Approved Work: Once the project is completed and the client approves the final deliverables, no refund will be issued. Delays Caused by Client: Delays or issues arising from the client’s lack of communication, delay in providing necessary information, or failure to respond to queries will not be grounds for a refund. Third-Party Costs: Any expenses incurred for third-party services (e.g., domain registration, hosting, plugins, or software) are non-refundable.
4. Refund Process Request Submission:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [Your Agency Email] within 7 days of project cancellation or issue identification. Review and Assessment: Refund requests will be reviewed and assessed within 10 business days. Decision and Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after confirmation.
5. Dispute Resolution
