Cancellations & Refund

Cancellations by you before the order is transmitted:

If you cancel your order before it is transmitted from our process, we will refund the entire amount.

Cancellation after your product has been processed:

If your order has been transmitted from our end, we will not be able to cancel the order. (Please note: updating the shipping details might take up to 24 hrs). If you received the product, still it will be eligible for replacement or refund. Please refer to the “7 Days Return Policy” above.

We strive hard to process all orders at the earliest, but there might be times when we cannot process your and need to cancel your order due to any reason. reserves the right to cancel an order at any time without giving any clarification to the respective customer.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel an order please send us a message on Whatsapp, the link provided on every web page. Also, send us a mail on the contact page, please enter the word “CANCEL” and your order number in the subject of the email. Please indicate the reason why you would like to cancel the order. Once your order cancellation on WhatsApp or email is received we will cancel your order and send you a confirmation email of this. Please note, that if the cancellation request isn’t sent before the item is dispatched, the order can not be cancelled.

What do I do if I receive an incorrect item?

We have several checks in place to try and ensure the accuracy of the orders we send. If you have received an item that is different to that which you ordered please contact us immediately on +91 9494480292 (Weekdays 11:00 am-9:00 pm)


Products once purchased cannot be returned unless they are received in a damaged condition. We cannot take back your purchases also we cannot refunds. 

If the product is received in damaged condition do not accept courier and reject to receive that product. Also, reject the product if the seal is open. If a package is received in good condition and the product is damaged then please send us a photograph of that damaged product.

Do not deliberately damage the product or try to change the product as all perfumes have their codes printed on the box and we will verify all codes after receiving the return.

Damaged products:

Maximum care will be taken in the packaging of the merchandise at our Distribution Centers. We ensure our customers that our Products cannot be damaged during transportation. Our packaging and logistics staff ensure that the products are carefully packed. 

Steps to return a product:

If a product has been authorized for a return by, the customer must ensure the product or products are carefully wrapped and securely packaged to avoid any further possible damage. This must be accompanied by the purchase receipt. We advise the customer to use a courier company that can provide the customer with a tracking number for the return. The customer will be accountable for the shipping cost involved when returning the product/products.

We will not accept any returns without prior notification of the return and a valid receipt as proof of purchase. Please contact us before making any returns. Please also ensure that we should receive the product back within 10 days of sending us the request, otherwise the product will be ineligible for return.

You can return a product hassle-free in a few easy steps:

1) Place your item in its original packaging.

2) Specify your order number on paper, or include the original invoice

3) Seal the package accurately

4) Send it to us

If you do not send it by Reputed Courier Company and it doesn’t arrive at our Postal Address we will not be able to action any refund/exchange, as there is no method of tracking available

Mode of Refund:

Once your return is received and examined by our returns team (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 5-30 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

How will I receive my refund?

a) If the payment was made by Credit Card or Net-Banking at the time of purchase, we will refund the same Credit Card or Net-Banking account.

b) If the payment made was by Cash (Cash on Delivery), we will send a cheque to the billing address or make Bank transfers/NEFT payments from our company bank account.

How long will the refund process take?

Normally the refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving your items. 

The following shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

1. Deodorants.

2. Damages due to misuse of the product.

3. Scratches or marks on the product.

4. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product.

5. Wrong Product.

6. Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers.

7. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the products delivered.

8. Refund or replacement for goods/ stock is subject to inspection and checking by managing staff.
